Terms & Conditions

The rates shown on the rates page are per person per day for a minimum stay of 3 days. Full-board accommodation includes choice of menu, rich buffet breakfast, vegetable buffet, swimming pool, service, VAT and car park on first-come first-served basis.
All Inclusive
The All-Inclusive rate also comprises water, wine, Coca-Cola and Fanta at meals and 1 sunshade and 2 beach beds for every 2 paying adults. The bedrooms feature bath with shower, balcony, TV with Sat reception of foreign channels, air-conditioning on request (available in 90% of rooms), direct-dial phone and safe box. Compared to standard rooms, the Mare rooms have partial sea view and have been renovated, with new baths and shower cubicle and hair-dryer.
Period of stay
The period of stay starts at 12 noon and ends at 10 am on the check-out day indicated on the booking.
Early departure, delays, short stays
In case of delayed arrival or early departure, for the days not used, a nightly room charge will be made for at most 3 days. In case of stays of less than 3 days, the services uses will be charged.
Meals
Meals not taken in the hotel cannot be refunded. To replace any such meals not taken and only on request, a packet lunch can be prepared. In case of failure to notify afternoon arrival at the time of booking, it will not be possible to recover lunch on check-out day. For every room booking, a deposit of 200.00 euro must be made to be sent within 10 days from booking under penalty of immediate cancellation.
Deposit
To pay the deposit of 200 euro per room, required within 7 days from the booking, you can choose between a bank transfer or credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD).

Credit card

BOOKING/DATE CHANGE:
In case of change to the check-in date or of booking cancellation, the paid deposit nevertheless remains valid. Especially if notice of change is made in good time, you can fully redeem your deposit:

Up to 20 days before the check-in date the change can be made without any penalty (as long as there is availability during the requested alternative period and with any change in rates according to the selected period).

Between 20 and 10 days before the check-in date 50% of the deposit will be refunded (as long as there is availability during the requested alternative period and with any change in rates according to the selected period).

Between 7 days before the check-in date to the check-in date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded if we manage to replace your booking, otherwise the deposit cannot be refunded. In any case, the deposit can be redeemed only up to 10 September 2008, after which no refund can be made.
